That way, you will always pay the same rates for delivery, regardless of which delivery company we decide to use to get the package to you as fast as possible. As per EU law, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of arrival, free of charge, for any reason and without justification, with the exception of sealed, audio, video or computer software, e.g. video games, which have been opened.If the product is either not what you ordered, damaged or faulty upon arrival, inform us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours, and we will replace the item free of charge, or give you a full refund.
