As per EU law, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of arrival, free of charge, for any reason and without justification, with the exception of sealed, audio, video or computer software, e.g. video games, which have been opened.

If the product is either not what you ordered, damaged or faulty upon arrival, inform us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours, and we will replace the item free of charge, or give you a full refund. All of our products come with a minimum 2 year guarantee and if the product becomes faulty or breaks, we will repair or replace the item free of charge, or give a full refund.

We aim to process, pack and ship your order within 24-48 hours. Since we ship to all across Europe, the shipping duration is country dependant, but we are typically able to deliver the order to you within 14 days.

Yes, you can edit your order details, such as delivery address, anytime while the order is being processed. Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be edited.

Since we ship all over the EU, our shipping rates vary depending on country and weight of the package. To avoid inconsistent and suprising shipping rates, we have decided to standardise our rates for shipping. That way, you will always pay the same rates for delivery, regardless of which delivery company we decide to use to get the package to you as fast as possible.
